Kannada-Telugu actress Rashmika Mandanna, who is currently working with Karthi in ‘Sultan’, being directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan, is likely to share the screen space with the actor’s elder brother.
If sources are to be believed, Rashmika will be the leading lady in an upcoming film of Suriya, which is to be helmed by Hari. This will mark the coming together of the actor and the director for the sixth time.
Their earlier ventures are ‘Vel’, ‘Aaru’, ‘Singam’, ‘Singam 2’ and ‘Si 3’. Recently, sleuths from the Income Tax Department carried out a raid at the house of Rashmika Mandanna, who is one of the leading actresses of Tollywood and Kollywood.
According to reports, they recovered Rs 25 lakh unaccounted cash in the raid carried out at the residence of the actress at Virajpet in Kodagu district of Karnataka. “They even investigated the manager of the wedding hall owned by Rashmika Mandanna,” they added.
Rashmika was recently seen playing the heroine in Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ and she is also playing the lead in Allu Arjun’s next with director Sukumar. The film is said to be an action drama.
