Ajith’s ‘Daredevil’ begins filming, Shalini makes her production debut with star-studded project

Actor Ajith Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Daredevil’ officially went on floors on Monday, marking his reunion with director Adhik Ravichandran after the success of ‘Good Bad Ugly’ (2025).

Written and directed by Adhik, the film is also a significant milestone for Shalini Ajithkumar, who is stepping into feature film production for the first time. The project is being backed by her Bravehearts Production banner.

The makers have assembled a prominent cast, with Unni Mukundan joining Sreeleela, Prabhu, Sunil, Redin Kingsley and Parthiban.

Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music, reuniting with Ajith after their previous collaborations on ‘Vedalam’, ‘Vivegam’ and ‘Vidaamuyarchi’.

The technical crew includes cinematographer Abinandhan Ramanujam, editor Vijay Velukutty and stunt choreographer Supreme Sundar.

Apart from ‘Daredevil’, Ajith is also awaiting the release of his racing documentary ‘Gladiators’. The project will be directed by Vijay, known for ‘Madharasapattinam’, with GV Prakash Kumar composing the music. The release date of ‘Gladiators’ has not yet been announced.
