The shooting of ‘Indian 2’ was stopped following a crane accident on the sets of the movie in Chennai in which three crew members lost their lives.
Following this the shooting did not resume due to the coronavirus pandemic. A section of the people thought that the movie has been shelved.
However, the latest buzz is that the team is planning to resume shooting from February. It is said that Kamal Haasan will shoot for a few days and will continue his election campaign during which portion involving other actors will be shot.
Kamal will rejoin the team after election and it is said that he has promised to allot bulk dates and complete shooting. The movie is directed by Shankar, bankrolled by Lyca Productions and has music by Anirudh Ravichander.
