‘Leo’ which was released last week has been garnering mixed responses among critics and cinephiles. However, the movie has taken a huge opening in almost all territories and many box office records have been rewritten.
Film enthusiasts have been taking to social media to discuss their favourite sequences and characters from Leo. Here are five scenes from the movie that left the audience thrilled.
Hyena Sequence:
One of the most-hyped portions of the film even before its release was the scene that involved a hyena. The makers spent a huge amount on executing the sequence that stood out, thanks to the efforts that went into its making. The intriguing sequence left the audience elated.
Coffee Shop fight:
The well-choreographed fight scene in a coffee shop speaks volumes of stunt choreographer duo Anbariv’s talent and Lokesh’s execution. Vijay’s flawless moves and Manoj Paramahamsa’s visuals complement the riveting sequence.
Napolean’s Entry:
The USP of ‘Leo’ was the suspense associated with the movie being part of Lokesh’s cinematic universe. The unexpected entry of George Maryan’s Napolean character from ‘Kaithi’ brought the house down. This was the most-celebrated sequence from the film.
Leo and Harold’s Face-Off:
The conversations and fights between Vijay’s Leo Das and Arjun’s Harold Das in the climax portion are quite engaging. The two actors put their best foot forward, leaving the audience overwhelmed.
Vikram’s call:
The film ends with Kamal Haasan’s Vikram from Lokesh’s previous outing making a call to Leo and extending support to him in establishing a drug-free society. The unexpected voice from the Ulaganayagan hints at the two actors coming together for another LCU film.
