Actor-politician Vijayakanth has been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai after he complained of breathlessness.
Sources said he was rushed to the hospital at around 3 am. It is said that a team of doctors are monitoring his health condition.
In September 2020, Vijayakanth had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He experienced some Covid-19 complications and had to be monitored at the hospital.
After receiving treatment for a few days, he was discharged from the hospital.
