Sasikumar is all set to return as director and it is said that the movie will be based on Vela Ramamoorthy’s ‘Kutra Parambarai’.
According to sources, the novel will be adapted as a web series instead of a movie.
Reports said that Shanmuga Pandian will be playing an important role in the movie. Cinematographer Velraj will be bankrolling this project.
It may be noted that a few years ago directors Bharathiraja and Bala competed to make a movie based on ‘Kutra Parambarai’. However, both of them did not proceed with it.
