Suriya had recently completed the shooting of the webseries ‘Navarasa’. directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon and bankrolled by Mani Ratnam.
The actor has began shooting for a movie directed by ‘Kootathil Oruvan’ fame Gnanavel. It is said that Suriya plays and advocate in the movie and has alloted call sheet for a couple of weeks.
The movie is bankrolled by Suriya’s home banner 2D Entertainment. The latest buzz is that Rajisha Vijayan who played the female lead in Dhanush’s ‘Karnan’ has been roped in as the female lead for the movie.
It may be noted that Rajisha Vijayan is also playing the female lead in Karthi’s ‘Sardar’.
