Filmmaker SS Rajamouli has resumed shooting of his magnum opus ‘RRR’ in Hyderabad. The cast and crew of the film have posted a special video on Twitter.
The one minute and 37 seconds long video also have Rajamouli covered himself with mask and giving the director’s instruction to both Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
Rajamouli, who tested positive for Covid-19, recovered from virus infection recently. He had said watching films on digital OTT platforms can’t replace the experience of enjoying movies in cinema halls.
In an interaction with a TV channel, Rajamouli said that though the prospect for OTT platforms looks good in the near future, there is no chance of it replacing the traditional theatre-going experience.
“Even before Covid-19 crisis and the subsequent lockdown, OTT has made its presence felt. However, with the prohibition of mass social gatherings and shutdown of theaters, streaming platforms are making the most of the situation,” he said.
