While Ranveer Singh has earned praise for several performances over the years, actor-director Prithviraj Sukumaran believes ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ showcases the actor at his finest.
Speaking during a recent interview, Prithviraj said Ranveer’s portrayal of Rocky stood out because of the complexity of the role. He noted that balancing the character’s humour, charm and emotional depth required considerable skill, making the performance particularly memorable.
Although Ranveer has also received widespread acclaim for the ‘Dhurandhar’ films, Prithviraj feels his work in Karan Johar’s family entertainer deserves greater recognition.
Audiences had also praised Ranveer’s comic timing and lively screen presence in the film, which starred Alia Bhatt alongside him and performed well at the box office, especially overseas.
