Dhanush will be teaming up with Tollywood director Sekhar Kammula for a pan-Indian project.
This will be Dhanush’s first Telugu film and Sekhar’s maiden Tamil outing. Rumours are that the film will be made on Rs 120 crore budget.
Grapevine suggests that the ‘Fidaa’ director is taking a political route once again. Kammula made a political drama like ‘Leader’ before and used it as a launchpad for Rana Daggubati.
It came with good expectations and won a lot of critical praise. After making one political drama, Sekhar Kammula returned to love stories.
Asian Group is planning this film on a grand scale and it will be releasing in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.
