The actor recently wrapped up ‘Vidaamuyarchi’, the upcoming Magizh Thirumeni directorial.
Ajith, who is now busy with the filming of ‘Good Bad Ugly’ in Bulgaria, is expected to finish his portions in the film this weekend.
However, the recent updates suggest that ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ has been delayed indefinitely, while ‘Good Bad Ugly’ is expected to be released in January 2025, as planned.
According to the latest updates, ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ release plans are currently put on hold, due to financial reasons.
Lyca Productions, the production banner that bankrolls Ajith Kumar’s film, is going through a tough time after their last two releases, ‘Indian 2’ and ‘Vettaiyan’, failed to make it big at the box office.
Even though the Magizh Thirumeni directorial was expected to be released in October 2024, the project is now delayed indefinitely.
The grapevine suggests that ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ will now hit the theatres only by the second quarter of 2025.
