The horror franchise ‘Demonte Colony’ has achieved a major financial milestone even before its theatrical debut.
The third installment, titled ‘Demonte Colony 3: The End is Too Far’, has reportedly closed a massive Rs 50 crore deal for its non-theatrical rights.
ZEE5 has secured the digital streaming rights, while Zee Tamil and T-Series South have bagged the satellite and audio rights, respectively.
Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, the film features the returning lead pair Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar.
With over 95% of the shoot completed, the production is currently in its final stages, aiming for a grand theatrical release in Summer 2026.
This installment is said to expand the franchise’s universe while maintaining the signature dark, creepy atmosphere that made the first two films cult hits.
Joining the lead cast are Miya George, Guru Somasundaram, and Archana Ravichandran, with music once again composed by Sam C.S.
