Anirudh reveals his team’s reaction while hearing ‘Vaathi Raid’ from ‘Master’ for first time

Anirudh Ravichander, who has joined hands with Vijay for ‘Master’ after ‘Kaththi’, has dished out interesting songs for the Lokesh Kanagaraj-directed movie. The album of ‘Master’, which was released at a grand function in Chennai, has went on to become a hit.

Now, the music composer has revealed the reaction of himself and his team when they first listened to the final version of ‘Vaathi Raid…’, one of the songs in ‘Master’, for the first time.

Posting a video which was shot at his studio during a morning time, he tweeted, “645 am approx one random morning.. Our reaction at the studio when we heard the beat of #VaathiRaid for the first time.”

Recently, ‘PPetta’ fame actress Malavika Mohanan, who is the heroine of ‘Master’, has said: “Yes, I’ve seen the trailer. It’s mad and crazy. I’m sure fans will have goosebumps after seeing the trailer”.

Director Rathnakumar of ‘Meyadha Maan’ and ‘Aadai’ fame, who has penned dialogues for ‘Master’, said recently: “The interval block is my favorite moment in the film. I’m sure it will be a blast”. Rathna also reiterated Pon Parthiepan’s earlier comment about the punch dialogues.

He added: “Master is not a film filled with explicit punch dialogues. Also, we shouldn’t write specific punchlines for Vijay sir. Sometimes, even his casual dialogue will be celebrated in theaters”.

Arjun Das, who plays a role in ‘Master’, has said, “I have watched the trailer 6 times. I think the trailer will release once the release date is confirmed but trust me that whenever the trailer releases, it will be worth the wait.”
