With fans asking for ‘Valimai’ updates wherever they go including cricket match and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s reception, Ajith has issued a statement on the topic.
In the statement, Ajith has said that it made him upset to see his fans asking for updates about the film in public places and requested them to act dignified.
He also noted that people watch movies for entertainment whereas it was his profession. He added that his decisions will depend on his profession and his social responsibility.
Prior to the release of his statement, ‘Valimai’ producer Boney Kapoor tweeted an update about the film saying that the first look poster will be released by the makers soon, and they are working on it.
As soon as the updates by Boney Kapoor and Ajith were out, fans started going gaga on social media since the update came after a long wait.
It is to be noted that a group of Ajith’s fans, who were present in the crowd to welcome PM Narendra Modi to Chennai, held placards and asked for updates about the film.
