-Movie Review

Nayanthara is a teacher, a homemaker, who supports her husband Madhavan. Madhavan, who claims to run a canteen, is also trying to get his alternate fuel technology project sanctioned by the government.
Meanwhile, there’s cricketer Siddharth, an out-of-form batsman, who is looking at playing the iconic India vs Pakistan test match in Chepauk, which could be his last match.

There are also local people involved in match fixing based on orders from the syndicate head.

The police officials are acting on a tip-off from sources about match-fixing.
During the crucial match, Nayanthara, Madhavan and Siddharth’s lives converge, making for an intense drama about right and wrong.
Producer Sashikanth who has donned the director’s hat for the first time aims to bring forth the changing stances of a human being during a crisis. The idea sounds interesting, and the execution is also carried out in a convincing manner.
There’s enough star power in the movie to convey the message effectively.
Madhavan delivers an incredible performance, reaching an intense level of acting that captivates the audience.
Nayanthara occasionally struggles to find her footing, yet delivered a strong performance.
Siddharth has done complete justice to his role as a struggling cricketer displaying the emotions of the character.
Meera Jasmine has done her part well and her chemistry with Siddharath is also good.
Rest of the cast have also done their part well in taking the movie forward.
Composer Shaktishree Gopalan’s music and cinematographer Viraj Singh Gohil’s frames elevate the film. Rest of the technical aspects of the movie are good as well.
