Post the success of ‘Jigarthanda DoubleX’, actor and choreographer Raghava Lawrence has been bagging some of the most exciting projects to look forward to.let’s look at the upcoming projects the actor-choreographer is a part of:
‘Benz’:
Directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan, the upcoming project, starring Raghava Lawrence, will be produced under director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s home production house, G Squad and Passion Studios. On the occasion of Tamil New Year, the title announcement was made, and a poster featuring a red helmet mask, similar to the Hollywood superhero Deadpool, with the name Benz written on it, was unveiled.
‘Hunter’:
Directed by Venkat Mohan, this Raghava Lawrence-starrer is touted to be an action-adventure flick based on wildlife. The title poster features a silhouette of a hunter on top of a roaring tiger. The film is set to revolve around the bond between a hunter and a tiger, according to the makers. Raghava Lawrence will be playing an intense character in the film and will also have fewer dialogues. He will also be sporting two looks for the film. The music for the film is set to be scored by National Award-winning composer Devi Sri Prasad.
‘Adhigaaram’:
While it is still unsure if director Durai Senthilkumar will be helming the project, the upcoming film has Raghava Lawrence playing the lead. It was rumoured that the film was shelved due to creative differences between the actor and the director. Scripted by acclaimed director Vetrimaaran, the upcoming film will mark the maiden collaboration between Vetrimaaran and Lawrence. The shoot of the film is set to commence soon.
‘Thalaivar 171’:
Raghava Lawrence is also rumoured to be part of ‘Thalaivar 171’- the upcoming Superstar Rajinikanth-starrer action flick, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. However, an official announcement is awaited.
