Linga and Diana Champika are in love for more than 4 years. Diana does not want to get married as she feels that she wants to achieve something big before getting married.
One day, Linga goes to Diana’s house and asks for her father Ilango’s permission to get married to her.
Finally, they decide that Linga and Dinana should live in together for a week and if everything goes well, they can get married. What happens next forms the rest of the story.
Director Balaji Venugopal has presented the movie in a fun-filled and emotionally connecting manner.
While the first few episodes are fun filled, the emotional content does not get preachy as well.
Jokes have worked out in parts in the first four episodes. However, these episodes could have been crisp. The emotional portions in the last few episodes have worked out really well.
As far as performances are concerned, Lingaa has delivered subtle variations with his expression. His reactions to the various situations his character gets into are also good.
Diana Champik as the female lead has done a neat performance. She delivers a neat performance.
Ilango Kumaravel stands out with his performance and has done complete justice to his character. Rest of the cast including Suhasini, Kanika have all done well.
Praveen Balu’s camerawork is visually appealing with a rich flavour. Music by Navneeth Sundar gels well with the theme of the movie.
