Malavika Mohanan is preparing for the release of ‘Sardar 2’, directed by PS Mithran and featuring Karthi and SJ Suryah. The film marks her return to a major Tamil project after her appearance in ‘Thangalaan’, while she also made a cameo in ‘Idhayam Murali’ this year.
Ahead of the film’s September 10 release, Malavika interacted with fans and spoke about her experiences in the Tamil film industry.
During the session, a fan asked her about working with Superstar Rajinikanth in ‘Petta’. Malavika described the experience as particularly meaningful for someone starting out in the industry.
She recalled how Rajinikanth encouraged her and made her feel confident at a crucial stage of her career. According to the actor, his willingness to support and appreciate newcomers made working with him an especially memorable experience.
Malavika said the confidence and encouragement she received from the superstar during the early phase of her career remain something she deeply values.
