The makers of ‘Jailer 2’ made an official announcement of the film on the occasion of Pongal with a special promo featuring director Nelson Dilipkumar and music composer Anirudh Ravichander.
Starring Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead, it is the second part of the actor’s successful film which was released in 2023.
The promo features Nelson and Anirudh discussing a new script. As the two take a break from the conversation, they are swarmed with random men being shot by bullets.
It is slowly revealed that the mighty Rajinikanth is back to kill the goons and establish his rule once again.
We see Rajinikanth wearing a blood-soaked white shirt as he carries a gun in one hand, and a sword in the other.
There’s both rage and pride in his eyes, and fans are treated to the look that made them go crazy in ‘Jailer’.
The promo didn’t give away much about the film, and was only designed to announce the grand return of Rajinikanth as the retired Jailer.
