– Review
Aarthi is from a humble family in her village. One day she attains puberty and the family arranges for a function.
During the function, her maternal uncle announces that he will marry her. However, Shilpa Manjunath, a swimming coach, tries to save Aarthi from her uncle and decides to enhance her swimming skills.
Aarthi is also from the same village, she became a professional swimmer despite resistance from her family.
What are the efforts that Shilpa takes to train Aarthi, the difficulties that the duo face in their journey forms the crux of the story.
Written and directed by JSB Sathish, the movie has an interesting screenplay. The journey of the women has been conveyed in a convincing manner.
Shilpa Manjuth fits the role of a swimming coach in a perfect manner. She is impressive in each and every frame.
Aarthi has breathed soul into her character with her expressions.
The way in which she expresses the various emotions that her character goes through has been portrayed well.
Samuthirakani appears in a brief cameo and creates the much needed impact. Rest of the cast including Prem, Sendrayaan, and A Venkatesh have all done their part well.
Music by Kumaresan Sivamani gels well with the theme of the movie. Rest of the technical aspects of the movie are good.
