The satirical comedy ‘Gaayapadda Simham (GPS)’, starring Tharun Bhascker and Faria Abdullah, has officially locked its release date.
The film is set to hit theaters on May 1, 2026, positioning it just a day after the release of Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’.
Directed by debutant Kasyap Sreenivas and distributed by Dil Raju, the film follows the disillusioned journey of a young man who achieves his dream of going to the United States only to face the bitter reality of deportation.
With music by Sweekar Agasthi, the film is being presented as a “grounded and relevant” parody of the American Dream for the summer season.
