Sobhita Dhulipala has spoken about the realities of her first year of marriage to Naga Chaitanya, revealing that their demanding work schedules meant they had limited time together.
The couple got married in December 2024, but their professional commitments soon took them in different directions. Sobhita said she left for a long shooting schedule in Tamil Nadu just weeks after the wedding and spent more than five months there. During that period, the couple often met only about once a month.
According to Sobhita, the experience gave them time to understand how to maintain their relationship while both pursued careers in the film industry. She said they have gradually found ways to adapt to married life and place importance on keeping their relationship strong.
The actor also revealed that she had long imagined a traditional Telugu wedding. However, she never expected that her eventual partner would also be an actor or come from the same state.
On the professional front, Sobhita reflected on how her career evolved from independent films to more mainstream opportunities. She said her decision to take on unconventional roles eventually helped her attract commercial brands as well.
For Sobhita, the journey has reinforced the idea that she does not have to fit into a predefined image and can instead choose work that reflects who she is.
