Senior actor Chandra Mohan is no more. The veteran actor suffered a heart-related issue and was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad. He was 82 at the time of his demise.
Chandra Mohan is a relative of the late K. Vishwanath Garu. Chandra Mohan made his film debut with ‘Rangula Ratnam’ in the year 1966.
He was successful both as a hero and a character artist. ‘Padhaharella Vayasu’ and ‘Siri Siri Muvva’ fetched him Filmfare Best Actor awards.
Chandra Mohan was part of many successful films like ‘Manasantha Nuvve’, ‘Sankarabaranam’, ‘Ninne Pelladatha’, ‘Premante Idhera’, ‘Nuvvu Naaku Nachav’, ‘Thammudu’, ‘Dookudu’, ‘Vasantham’, ‘Darling’ and ‘7G Brindavan Colony’. Chandra Mohan was also part of a few Tamil films.
