Actor Mahesh Babu urged fans to follow entry rules for the grand event of his upcoming film, which is officially titled ‘SSMB29’ (Globetrotter) for now.
The project, helmed by director S. S. Rajamouli, is confirmed to be an Action-Adventure film with mythological roots.
The writer, V. Vijayendra Prasad (Rajamouli’s father), revealed that the genre—a grand adventure thriller in the vein of Indiana Jones—was specifically chosen to target international markets, addressing the lack of such big-budget films from India.
With an estimated budget between Rs 900 and Rs 1000 crores, this pan-Indian film is produced by Narayana KL and features music by M.M. Keeravani.
The star-studded cast includes Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra Jonas (as ‘Mandakini’), and Prithviraj Sukumaran (as ‘Kumbha’). The teaser will be revealed at the November 15, 2025 event, with the film slated for a Pan-Indian release on April 14, 2026.
