Vishnu Manchu is busy shooting for his dream project, ‘Kannappa’. The film is halfway through its shoot and has some big names, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal, and Prabhas in key roles.
The teaser of Kannappa will be out on May 20, 2024, at the prestigious Cannes International Film Festival, as per the latest update. The entire team of Kannappa will be present at the event and make it a grand success.
Speaking about the same, Vishnu said, “We are thrilled to unveil the teaser of ‘Kannappa’ on the esteemed stage of the Cannes Film Festival.”
Adding further, Vishnu said that there is no better place than Cannes to showcase their film which is one of the biggest films to be made in India.
Vishnu Manchu himself is producing the film on a massive budget of Rs 200 crore.
Kannappa is based on a true story and Vishnu’s dad and the legendary Mohan Babu will be seen in a key role in this film. The makers plan to release the film in Hindi and other South Indian languages.
