Director Shouryuv, who made a stellar debut with the emotional hit ‘Hi Nanna’, is reportedly in advanced talks to direct Vijay Deverakonda.
This collaboration is expected to be a high-budget commercial entertainer, moving away from the soft, domestic tone of Shouryuv’s first film.
Industry sources suggest that the project will be bankrolled by KVN Productions, a banner that has been aggressively expanding its footprint in Tollywood recently.
Vijay Deverakonda is currently navigating an incredibly packed schedule and is set to resume the shoot of his period action epic Ranabaali on March 12, following his wedding break.
He is also juggling projects with directors Gautham Tinnanuri and Ravi Kiran Kola, making 2026 one of his most active years.
This new project with Shouryuv is rumored to be a fresh script that emphasizes both mass appeal and emotional depth, aiming to further solidify Vijay’s pan-Indian presence.
