Akhil Akkineni is set to debut in the pan-India market, say the latest reports. It is being said that none other than Bollywood’s most influential producer Karan Johar will be handling Akhil’s maiden pan-India film.
Karan Johar had always been interested in working with Akhil for a big-ticket project but things did not go quite as planned till now. Finally, Akhil has decided it is time to test his luck in the pan-India circuit and he has apparently decided to sign the project.
Akhil is currently busy with Agent which has himself and Malayalam superstar Mammootty in the lead roles. Akhil might be working with Karan Johar once he is done with Agent.
Karan has assumed full responsiblity of Akhil’s maiden pan-India project and he is expected to allot the dates for the project soon after Karan Johar picks the director for the project and locks the script.
