Following the commercial success of their recent collaboration ‘Thalaivan Thalaivii’ , actor Vijay Sethupathi and director Pandiraj are set to reunite for a new film.
The project, which is yet to be officially announced, will reportedly be a heartwarming story set in a rural backdrop, much like their previous hit.
The film is said to be backed by a leading production house, which has previously bankrolled major Tamil films.
Vijay Sethupathi is expected to begin work on the project after he completes his current commitments, including ‘Maharaja 2’ .
