Music composer G V Prakash Kumar has confirmed that actor Vijay and director Vetrimaaran would join hands for a film next year and it would be a solid project.
In a recent interaction with fans on Twitter, the music composer-turned-actor said, “They will join hands next year or the year after based on their commitments. It will be a solid project and one of the most expected films.”
It is to be noted that GVP is a self-confessed fan of Vijay, while he is a regular in Vetrimaaran’s films including ‘Polladhavan’, ‘Aadukalam’ and the recent ‘Asuran’.
Prakash has also worked with Vijay in ‘Thalaivaa’ and ‘Theri’. Since he shares very good rapport with both Vijay and Vetrimaaran, he is expected to be the music composer of their new project.
