Director Vetrimaaran’s ‘Viduthalai 2’ is currently running in theatres.
ZEE5 has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film.
The streaming platform also has the rights of the first part.
‘Viduthalai Part 2’, in all likely, will be available for streaming sometime in January 2025.

Along with Soori and Vijay Sethupathi, the cast of ‘Viduthalai: Part 2’ also includes Kishore, Manju Warrier, Ken Karunas, Bose Venkat, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Chetan, Rajiv Menon and others.
The film delves into the backstory of Perumal Vaathiyar, who from being a teacher turns into a comrade, and slowly becomes the leader of people’s movement. Manju Warrier plays Vijay Sethupathi’s pair in the film.
