Vadivelu, who was undergoing treatment for Covid-19, was discharged from the Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre (SRMC) Hospital, Porur, on Saturday.
In a statement, the hospital said that the actor had recovered completely and that he was discharged in good health. Soon after returning home, Vadivelu thanked his fans for their blessings.
He has also wished his fans and well-wishers a joy-filled and healthy New Year and requested them to follow all precautions to prevent themselves from Covid attack.
Now that Vadivelu has returned from hospital, the shooting of his comeback movie ‘Naai Sekar Returns’, directed by Suraaj. is expected to begin soon.
