Before entering wedlock with Naga Chaitanya, Samantha Akkineni was said to be in a relationship with Siddharth. Now, in an interview, the actress has opened up about her past relationship.
“Even I would have fallen into such a crisis in my personal life like Savitri did. But thankfully I realised it in the beginning and walked out of the relationship as soon as I sensed that it could end up bad,” she said.
According to the ‘Rangasthalam’ and ‘Jaanu’ actress, who is a top star in Tollywood and Kollywood: “And then I’m blessed to have a person like Naga Chaitanya in my life. He’s a gem of everything.”
She also said that the first time she wore something revealing after her wedding, she was trolled ruthlessly. Samantha told Hyderabad Times, “I remember, the first time when I wore something revealing after marriage, I was trolled terribly and it was very, very hard.
But I noticed that when I did it the second time, it was not so bad. It’s all about taking that first step. I’m not going to say that I did something brave. I was scared of the repercussions and of the trolling. But at the same, I told myself that things have to change and I’m going to do as much as I can to be a part of that change.”
