As Samantha completed three years of her marriage with Naga Chaitanya, the actress went down the memory lane and said Naga Chaitanya is still the same guy she fell in love with on the sets of her first film 10 years ago.
“When I came to the sets of Ye Maaya Chesaave, I was young, naive and had no idea how my future was going to turn out. But I met this boy who was sweet and honest and I liked him instantly,” she was quoted as saying by TOI.
She added: “In fact, I even got a tattoo of Ye Maaya Chesaave on my neck because the time we spent was so special. Chai saw me when I was nothing. He’s seen my insecurities and vulnerabilities and we developed a bond that is so strong, that it gives you the strength to endure some of the hardest moments to ensure you live happily ever after.”
Samantha Akkneni, who is keeping herself busy with so many activities during Covid-19 induced lockdown, recently launched her own clothing brand Saaki.
“Saaki @saaki.world is finally here! Saaki has been a dream of mine, and my baby for many months. …It is a reflection of my love for fashion and my journey in life. Before I even started my acting career, I was enamored by fashionable people and styles in magazines.
I remember when I was in college, there was no way that I could afford a designer outfit. Since I started acting, I’ve had the honor of wearing clothes designed by talented designers. Many years later, I would wear an outfit with my signature on it,” she said.
