Actor-filmmaker S J Suryah has shared on his social media page his memory of watching Dhanush’s directorial debut ‘Pa Paandi’ in a theatre.
“Anandha kanneeril nanaya vitta padam…. I still remember the day watched the movie in pallazo 4m mall and spoke to the dir @dhanushkraja si,” he posted.
The movie’s story revolves around a retired stuntman (Rajkiran) who is not treated well by his family. Following this, he leaves home and goes in search of his first love.
Besides Rajkiran, the film had Revathy, Prasanna, Chaya Singh, Madonna Sebastian, Vidyullekha Raman and DD in key roles, while Dhanush has played a cameo. The film was a box-office hit and won critical acclaim too.
