Here is the latest to join the league, Rage – A Poem by Badri Venkatesh, a special tribute to women on the special occasion of International Women’s Day. The poem is one from director Badri Venkatesh’s collection of poetry. Ramya Nambessan has conceived and narrated it.. Badri Venkatesh has written and directed this short with Ballu as the cinematographer and Raghava S Urs as the editor.
Director Badri Venkatesh says, “Rage or Anger is a necessary tool to practice. You could be Kaali or Sita, and the choice is within yourself. This poem elucidates this particular point. I have always admired Ramya Nambeesan’s multi-faceted avatars of not just being actress or music artist, but her ambitious drive to promote other artists of diversified art forms as well through this platform.”
Director Badri Venkatesh and Ramya Nambessan have already teamed up for the film Plan Panni Pannanum starring Rio Raj in the lead role and musical score by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film is scheduled to have its worldwide release this summer.

ஆத்திரம், கோபம் இரண்டும் பயிற்சிக்குட்பட்டதே, காளி அல்லது சீதா இரண்டில் எதுவாக இருக்க வேண்டுமென்பதை நாம் தான் நிர்ணயிக்க வேண்டும். இந்த முக்கியமான கருத்தை தான் இந்த கவிதை சொல்ல முயல்கிறது. நடிகை ரம்யா நம்பீசன் மீது எப்போதும் எனக்கு மிகுந்த மரியாதை உண்டு, நடிகையாக மட்டுமமின்றி, இசை வல்லுநராகவும் மேலும் பல பன்முக திறமைகளும் கொண்டவர். தன் திறமை மூலம் இந்த தளத்தில் மற்ற துறை திறமையாளர்களுக்கும் வாய்ப்பு தந்து அறிமுகப்படுத்தும் அவரது பண்பு மெச்சதக்கது.
