Rajinikanth condoles the demise of veteran actor Dharmendra

The Indian film industry is mourning the loss of one of its most revered icons, veteran actor Dharmendra, who passed away on Monday at the age of 89.

Rajinikanth was among the many luminaries who shared a heartfelt tribute, expressing his deep sorrow over the demise of his friend and former colleague.

Taking to his social media handle, Rajinikanth penned an emotional note that read, “Farewell, my friend. I will always remember your golden heart and the moments we shared. Rest in peace, Dharam ji. My deepest condolences to his family.”

The two legends of Indian cinema had shared a bond extending back to the 1980s, having worked together in films like Insaaf Kaun Karega (1987).
