The makers of Rajini’s ‘Jailer’ and Kamal’s ‘Indian 2’ are planning to lock Deepavali 2023 release date.
‘Jailer’ is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and is produced by Sun Pictures with Anirudh scoring the music as well.
The ensemble cast comprises Rajinikanth, Mohan Lal, Shivarajkumar, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi and Yogi Babu.
On the other hand, ‘Indian 2’ is directed by Shankar and produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies with Anirudh scoring the music.
The film has Kamal, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Samuthirakani, Guru Somasundaram, Siddharth, Bobby Simha and the late Vivek among others.
The last time when both the actors locked horns at the box office was in 2005 when ‘Chandramukhi’ and ‘Mumbai Express’ released on the same day.
