Priya Mohan has been receiving a lot of appreciation for her portrayal of Velmathi in Dhanush’s latest period action film, ‘Captain Miller’.
Upon the film’s theatrical release, the actress took to her social media page to share a note of gratitude in which she thanked well-wishers and fans.
Priyanka wrote that she is “extremely happy and grateful” to be part of Captain Miller.
She mentioned that although the making of the film was “exhausting and tiring,” the film holds a special place for all the memories and lessons she was able to receive.
The actress wrote, “And finally the day has come where you all get to witness the magic of Captain Miller. I’m extremely happy and grateful to be part of such an exciting project and to have worked with one of the best teams”.
She added, “No matter how exhausting or tiring the shoot was for all of us, this film is truly special for all the fond memories we’ve made and lessons I’ve learnt. I hope each of you enjoy the movie in theatres and love it as much as I loved being a part of it”.
Captain Miller, which was released on January 12, has opened to positive reception from critics and viewers who have particularly hailed Priyanka’s performance.
