The makers of ‘Madraskaaran’ have announced that Niharika Konidela will play the female lead in the film. With this film, Malayalam actor Shane Nigam makes his Tamil film debut.
This film would be Niharika’s second one in Tamil after ‘Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren’, starring Vijay Sethupathi and Gautham Karthik.
Shane Nigam’s debut Tamil project was officially announced by Dulquer Salmaan on social media.
Vaali Mohan Das is directing the comedy-thriller. Sources reveal that the remaining actors and technical crew for the film have not yet been finalised by the makers, which is currently in production.
Produced by B Jagadish, ‘Madraskaaran’ is anticipated to be released by the later part of 2024.
