While fans are happy that ‘Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn’, the short-film sequel to ‘Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya’, has brought together Simbu aka STR, Trisha and director Gautham Vasudev Menon, troll factors too are working overtime, churning out memes on the ‘quarantine venture’.
In the short film, which is mainly a telephonic conversation between Karthik and Jessie, she tells him that she considers him her third baby, since she has two of her own through her husband Roy.
This has become the main attraction of the memes that are trolling ‘Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn’. There are other memes too, linking the short film with the characters played by Trisha in super hit films like ‘Ghillie’, ’96’, ‘Kodi’ and ‘Mounam Pesiyathe’ etc.
Meanwhile, the short film has occupied the top position on YouTube and is being viewed by a large number of people from across the world. The film has musical score by Oscar-Grammy winner A R Rahman and the music he composed for ‘Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya’ has been used in major parts.
