It is being widely reported and speculated that ‘Kuberaa’ will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from July 18, 2025.
Directed by Sekhar Kammula and starring Dhanush, Nagarajuna and Rashmika Mandana in lead roles, ‘Kuberaa’ was released in theaters on June 20, 2025.
Amazon Prime Video often follows a minimum 28-day window between theatrical and OTT release for major films, especially those that have done well at the box office. July 18 would mark exactly four weeks after its theatrical release.
The film has been performing well at the box office, crossing the Rs100 crore worldwide gross mark, which makes it a highly anticipated OTT release.
It opened to largely positive reviews from critics, who particularly lauded Dhanush’s career-best and restrained performance as Deva, Nagarjuna’s nuanced portrayal of Deepak, and Sekhar Kammula’s bold step into a new genre.
The film’s moody storytelling, evocative visuals, and stirring score by Devi Sri Prasad were also highlighted.
