Karunaas believes ‘Enna Vilai’ could become an important film in his acting journey, particularly because of the response he received from people who watched his performance.
At the film’s audio launch, the actor recalled an incident involving Malayalam actor Nimisha Sajayan, who shares the screen with him in the movie.
Karunaas said Sajayan was deeply moved after watching him perform a particular scene. He recalled that she immediately embraced him and expressed her appreciation for the performance.
For Karunaas, the reaction was significant because it came from a fellow actor who had witnessed his work first-hand.
He also mentioned receiving encouraging feedback from Poornima Bhagyaraj, who plays a judge in the film.
However, the actor said his wife Grace gave him perhaps the most meaningful response after watching the movie. According to Karunaas, she felt that the film could change the way audiences perceive him and reveal a different side of his acting abilities.
The actor’s comments suggest that he sees ‘Enna Vilai’ as more than another project, with the film potentially giving him an opportunity to redefine himself in a serious acting role.
