Superstar Rajinikanth today lauded the Tamil Nadu government for taking action against a YouTube channel, which had allegedly denigrated Lord Murugan and said religious hatred and God-baiting should atleast stop now.
“At least hereafter, religious hatred and blasphemy is eradicated. It should be eradicated. All religions are acceptable …. Kandhannukku Arohara,” he said in a tweet.
He added: “The group had made derogatory statements against Kandha Sashti Kavasam and hurt the sentiments of millions of Tamils. I appreciate the State Government for taking immediate action and deleting all videos of the group for their disgusting action.”
He expressed hope that the attack on religion and Gods would and should end. .
