The shoot for Karthi’s ‘Japan’ is on the verge of completion. The latest buzz is that the team is currently shooting a song in Kashmir.
A picture of Karthi in his quirky hairdo, posing with fans is doing the rounds on the internet.
The film, directed by Raju Murugan, is gearing up for a Deepavali release and the team is trying to complete the portions at the earliest.
The song, which is being canned in Kashmir, is said to be a dance number, which is choreographed by Sandy Master. The film has an introductory track and two folksy numbers. Music is by GV Prakash Kumar.
Anu Emmanuel plays the leading lady in the film. ‘Japan’ marks the 25th venture of Karthi, who was last seen as the Chola spy and commander Vallavarayan Vanthiyathevan in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’.
