Ever since the first look poster of ‘Irandam Kuthu’, a sequel to ‘Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu’ was released, a lot of people are condemning it on social media, alleging that it was vulgar and cheap.
At the same time, many youngsters are liking the poster of the adult comedy movie. Says director Santhosh P Jaikumar, “This is not a continuation of ‘Iruttu Arayil Murattu Kuthu’ and has a different storyline.”
He adds: However, the genre remains the same. There is a lot more colour to this one, and story-wise, too, this is so much better. I am sure youngsters will like this film too.
According to Santhosh, “The film will be released in theatres. We won’t be taking the OTT route as people would want to see this film on the big screen along with friends and not alone in their homes. Those who loved the first part are in for a treat and those who hated the first film are also in for a double dhamaka.”
