The 24 Hours of Le Mans, first held in 1923, is not merely a race—it is one of the most prestigious, demanding, and celebrated sporting events in the world. As one of motorsport’s revered Triple Crown events, alongside the Indianapolis 500 and the Monaco Grand Prix, Le Mans occupies a legendary place in sporting history. To a motorsport enthusiast, competing at Le Mans is the ultimate stage where greatness is tested and legends are born. To witness Ajith sir’s take on such an extraordinary challenge is both a privilege and an honour.

What makes this moment even more remarkable is Ajith sir’s achievement in the motorsport world. Through his participation in the Michelin Le Mans Cup Championship, a prestigious endurance racing series and an official support event to the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans. Ajith sir’s team, Ajith Redant racing competed in the demanding 3-hour endurance race held as part of the Le Mans race week. As the first Indian team to compete at this iconic event, Ajith sir, Kartick Narain sir, Aditya Patel, and Romain Vozniak carry the dreams and aspirations of an entire nation onto one of the grandest stages in global motorsport.

This is not merely a personal milestone for Ajith sir, it is a proud and defining moment for India. Years from now, when people speak about India’s journey in international motorsports, Ajith sir  participating at Le Mans will undoubtedly be remembered as a landmark achievement.

இந்த தருணத்தை மேலும் சிறப்புமிக்கதாக மாற்றியது மோட்டார் விளையாட்டு உலகில் அஜித் சாரின் சாதனைதான். உலகப் புகழ்பெற்ற 24 மணி நேர லெ மான்ஸ் போட்டிக்கான அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆதரவு தொடராக விளங்கும் மிச்செலின் லெ மான்ஸ் கப் சாம்பியன்ஷிப்பில் அவர் பங்கேற்றது இந்திய மோட்டார் விளையாட்டிற்கு முக்கிய மைல்கல்லாகும். லெ மான்ஸ் போட்டி வாரத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாக நடைபெற்ற 3 மணி நேர கடினமான எண்டூரன்ஸ் பந்தயத்தில் அஜித் ரெடண்ட் ரேசிங் போட்டியிட்டது. இந்த வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்க மேடையில் போட்டியிடும் முதல் இந்திய அணியாக அஜித் சார், கார்த்திக் நரேன் சார், ஆதித்யா பட்டேல் மற்றும் ரோமேன் வோஸ்னியாக் ஆகியோர் இந்தியாவின் கனவுகளையும் பெருமையையும் உலக அரங்கில் எடுத்துச் சென்றுள்ளனர்.

உலகின் மிகச்சிறந்த விளையாட்டு மேடையில் இந்திய அணி வரலாற்று சிறப்புமிக்க தருணத்தை உருவாக்கியதை நேரில் பார்ப்பதற்கு வாய்ப்பு கொடுத்த அஜித் சாருக்கு மீண்டும் ஒருமுறை நன்றி தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.

மேலும், லெ மான்ஸ் மிச்செலின் கப் போட்டியின் LMP3 பிரிவில் அஜித் ரேடெண்ட் ரேசிங் அணியில் கார் எண் 36-ஐ ஓட்டிய கார்த்திக் நரேன் சார் மற்றும் ஆதித்யா பட்டேல் அவர்கள் Pro பிரிவில் 13-வது இடத்தை (P13) பெற்றனர். கார் எண் 16-ஐ ஓட்டிய அஜித் சார் மற்றும் ரோமேன் வோஸ்னியாக் அவர்கள் Pro-Am பிரிவில் 9-வது இடத்தை (P9) பெற்று சிறப்பான முடிவை பதிவு செய்தனர்.
