Vikram is awaiting the release of ‘Thangalaan’ directed by Pa Ranjith. The actor will be next seen collaborating with ‘Chittha’-fame director SU Arun Kumar for a film titled ‘Chiyaan 62’.
The makers of the film recently announced that celebrated cinematographer Theni Eswar is set to crank the camera for the upcoming film.
Now the latest update is that the shooting for the movie will commence in April.
Besides Vikram, the film will also feature two powerhouses of talent; actors SJ Suryah and Suraj Venjaramoodu.
The upcoming film is backed by the banner HR Pictures. Touted to be an action thriller, Chiyaan 62 will feature Vikram playing a middle-aged man. The film will have music scored by GV Prakash Kumar.
