Actor Ashwin Kumar, who rose to fame with the TV show Cook with Comali is playing the lead in the film ‘Enna Solla Pogirai’.
The movie is directed by popular ad filmmaker Hariharan A. The team had planned to release the movie in the last week of December.
However, the latest buzz is that the release of the film will be pushed for an early 2022 release.
Ashwin’s controversial speech during the movie’s Audio launch seems to be the reason behind the team’s decision as they feel that this is not the right time to release the film.
The film is said to be a triangular love story with two female leads. The movie will be bankrolled by R Ravindran of Trident Arts. Richard M Nathan is the cameraman and music is by Vivek-Merwin.
