‘Aaranya Kaandam’ which won two National Film Awards in the best editing and best debut director categories is all set to be adapted in Bollywood.
According to sources, the preproduction work for the film is happening in full swing.
The movie will be directed by Ajay Bahl of ‘Section 375’ fame.
The rights of the film have been acquired by producers Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri.
‘Aaranya Kaandam’ was directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja and released in 2010. It follows the life of six characters.
