Film industry has been hit hard by Covid-19 induced lockdown and it is expected that the Tamiil Nadu government would soon give permission to resume shoots with stringent rules and regulations.
As soon as the permission is given, it is expected that producers would rush to complete their pending projects. However, Ajith has reportedly told the team of his upcoming flick ‘Valimai’ to take it easy and asked them to not rush even if they get permission from the government.
Ajith has conveyed this message since the spread of Covid-19 is at its peak in Tamil Nadu. He has told producer Boney Kapoor that he will move on to his next film only after completing Valimai and hence asked him to resume the shoot only after the situation returns back to normalcy.
The movie, tipped to be an action thriller, is helmed by Vinoth, who had earlier directed ‘Sathuranga Vettai’, Karthi-starrer ‘Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru’ and Ajith’s last film ‘Nerkonda Paarvai’.
Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music for the film and Nirav Shah is wielding the camera. The movie has generated huge expectations among Ajith fans.
